Mekai Fountain: I’ve always had an interest in plants. It’s part of the reason science is my favorite subject. I have a daisy growing at home. Garden Club seemed like something I’d like to do.

Camari: I joined garden club because I have always gardened in the summer.

Ella: I joined gardening club because I like fresh food and I like to work with gardens.

Naomi: The reason I came was because my sister was in it and I thought it was fun.

Shelby: I never really fit in. garden club lets me do stuff I love and make friends.

Karen: All the time when my brother was in garden club I would be so excited to see what he brought home and I was also never able to grow my own so I wanted to join.

Kaylee: I wanted to join Garden club because I like food and the outside world.

Kennedi: I joined garden club because I love gardening and when I was little I used to garden with my grand-father.

Michael- I joined garden club because I love to plant.

Zoe: I joined garden club because I love getting my hands dirty, harvesting plants and then planting them. I also like the fact that we get to eat healthier and get delicious results.
